Kinship is a two-day gathering created for Black horsefolk across disciplines, backgrounds, and career stages: riders, trainers, professionals, creatives, and community builders who know this industry runs deeper than what usually gets acknowledged.
Over two days, Kinship brings together education, culture, and community through keynotes, workshops, roundtables, and intentional experiences that honor where we come from and where we’re headed.

Ticket options are listed to the side of this page. Each ticket includes full conference access, with additional experiences layered in. Depending on the ticket you select, you may also have access to:
Friday offsite experience — a local farm tour or service project that grounds the weekend in place, history, and shared purpose
Saturday night entertainment — an evening designed for celebration, culture, and connection
FULL Kinship Conference Pass — this ticket includes the Kinship Conference, our Friday morning offsite experience, and Friday and Saturday night entertainment
If you want the complete experience from start to finish, the Full Experience Pass includes everything.

We understand that plans can change. Because Kinship is a contract-based event with venue, catering, and production commitments, the following policy applies to all ticket types and add-on experiences.
Full refunds (minus any payment processing fees) are available through October 1st, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after October 1st, 2026.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to kinship@blkinthesaddle.com.
After October 1st, all ticket sales are final.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
Transfers are permitted through October 15, 2026.
Transfer requests must be submitted via email to kinship@blkinthesaddle.com.
The new attendee must complete all required registration information.
Any financial arrangements between the original purchaser and the new attendee are the responsibility of those parties.
After October 15th, tickets may not be transferred.
The Friday morning offsite and Saturday night programming follow the same refund deadline (October 1, 2026). Due to limited capacity, these experiences may not be modified after the refund deadline.
